ORCHESTRAS

The West Ranch Orchestra program consists of two string orchestras - the Concert Orchestra and the Chamber Orchestra – and both ensembles are year-long courses. The Concert Orchestra is an ensemble designed for developing musicians with a central focus on tone production, technique, and the development of musicianship with the goal of preparing students for higher-level musical experiences. The Chamber Orchestra is a high-level ensemble with a focus on the preparation and performance of advanced repertoire for strings. Both ensembles perform both on-campus concerts and at festivals throughout the year.
